Installation instructions:
To install QuickIM, you can either install it Over the Air (OTA) using your phone's built-in WAP/WEB browser, or download the jad/jar files to your PC and use your phone's desktop synchronization software to install the software. The second option is usually available only for high-end phones (you need to be able to connect your phone to PC using USB cable or Bluetooth, and synchronize data with PC using a PC software).
Most users can only use the first solution, which requires usually that you open the URL to the JAD file, the phone will then prompt you on whether you would like to install the software, answer yes. Sometime, this does not work, instead you should open the URL to the JAR file. Sometime, installation is not automatic, you need to save the file first somewhere, then use your phone's builtin utility to install the downloaded software, you need to consult your user manual or contact your mobile operator's technical support service for more information as instructions are unique for each phone.
