On some phones, the first time you run QuickIM and leave it in background mode, after some time, you may get a "JVM 523 reset" error message and need to restart the phone. Please report this to technical support if you happen to get a similar error. From BlackBerry error codes description, this is an error in the BlackBerry OS, we're currently working on a workaround and will publish an update soon. We'll directly contact existing customers when the update is ready.

This problem has been solved. If you have such an issue, make sure to download the latest release of QuickIM for BlackBerry on http://www.quickim.com
