Hi...

I have just installed IM.... my GPRS is working well , I have MMS and POP3 , working fine.

But I get this error when I try to log in with Msn :

Network error
Err:java.io.IOException: java.io.IOException: available was failed.
Try again using default proxy servers?

BTW... I live in Costa Rica, using a SAMSUNG E-870

My provider settings:
Profile :WAP
Proxy: 172.027.010.004
Port: 8080
DNS1 : blank
DNS2 : blank
Bearer : GPRS
APN: icecelular

Any clue .. what is wrong ??

please update to the latest release (v2.5) you can download from:
http://www.quickim.com/products/mobile-phones/j2me/buy.html

This version provides improved networking support under some circumstances, if the networking issues you are experiencing are due to software reasons, they should be solved by upgrading. The upgrade is free. Sorry for the delay in our response, but we were waiting for this new release to definitely solve frequent issues users reported.
