First, please make sure you can at least configure the phone so you have a SMTP/POP3 email working. You can usually ask your mobile operator to assist you in setting this up. If you don't have any email software, you can skip this step and directly try the next step which is the following:
1. please uninstall your existing version. And download this new version and install it on your phone:
2. When you try to connect using this new version, if the connection fails, the software will ask you if you want to use default proxy settings, answer yes. If it works, please sign out, open the settings/server settings menu, and change both HTTP and Socks proxy options to "use default". Save the settings, and sign on, now you'll be using the default proxy settings (required for phones running on mobile networks where some network ports have been blocked) each time, and it should work for you.
