I am a registered user of QuickIM on the PalmOS (T650) and recently upgraded to your latest version per your email. Now my contact/buddy list is blank after I connect.

After it connects I can tell there are entries in there as the QuickIM icons on the left show up but the text is blank. It is almost as if the text is clear and I can't see it. I can select them and open a chat window but I cannot see who I have selected, what do I do?

The theme I am using on my Treo is Blueline, which is a built in Color Theme.

Is there a way I can resolve this?

Hi!

I have a palm T5 and had a simular problem. I solved this by checking the incoming/outgoing checkboxes under Meny -> Options -> Mapping UTF Convertors.

I was able to also, thanks for the note. But why is this necessary? Perhaps the manufacturer could provide some insight.

Further with this version now that I can see the text I have noted that when I try to get to the menu from the buddy list screen that the text gets all garbled as it appears the menu conflicts with the buddy list text...

This version definately works worse for me then the last?

Please make sure to always remove first the existing version before installing a new version of QuickIM.
