Question: I got an invalid archive while trying to install the software.

Response:

- if you have already installed QuickIM previously, please uninstall the existing version first
- please clear your phone's browser cache
- sometime mobile operator caches data for several days, you should be able to download and install the software when the operator level cache is cleaned.

Another solution is to download a trial version from http://www.quickim.com/products/mobile-phones/communicator/buy.html and use desktop sync software to install the jad/jar files.
