HI, I have a life drive. It had the old verison 119 on it I installed the newer version 23 and bought and installed the license. I can not get i to work. I tried uninstaling and reinstalling but still have the problem. I get an error message that says:

I clcik ok adn it goes back to the same sign in screen.
